Benefits were good with the exception of yearly increases. Most were ental compared to other organzations.

Cons

Too frequent re-org's which can be yearly. Employees with longest tenure are at a greater risk of being affected. Career advancement opportunties are less frequent hires always come from outside the company, never a good sign; hardly anyone is promoted from within
