    Pros

    Vishay is a good electronic component mnufacture and it is growing really fast through acquisition. It is not that fast-paced company but it is a good place to work at. good team and a lot international traveling. I realyy love the company.

    Cons

    more rasie is desired and less overtime will be better. need more life to work balance.
