Vision Images – “Good first job for a new graphic designer or custom framer.”

Pros

All hands on, you will get to learn how to manage this company and how to do all it's projects, from startto finish. I was able to learn how to do custom framing, graphic design projects including magazine covers, to dealing with clients one-on-one and operate the studio when the boss was out. It mademe very independent in working on projects from start to finish and my boss was very helpful and also open to my ideas and idea sharing. I loved the creative atmosphere and the freedom of working there. Great learning experience and fun work.

Cons

Pay was not very good and the projects weren't always coming in very fast. Although pay is standard for a junior position looking for experience. The other downside may have been that my boss was an artist, and so very eccentric and slightly unorganized at times, but I suppose that could be a plus too..

Advice to Senior Management

There was only really three of us, but assuming senior management would have been my boss, I would say that I was happy overall with the professionalism.
