Vision Management Group, Inc. is a modeling and talent agency in Minneapolis. The represent top-tier and international male and female models. They have a terrific brand name recognition throughout the modeling industry in the U.S.

Cons

The pay is simpy awful and nearly unlivable. An employee is likely to be an independent contractor and will be forced to do the proper taxes at the end of the year (aka not getting any money back). Although Vision has a great brand, the modeling industry in Minnesota is bleak and discovering models ready for the international stage is a much difficult task in the midwest (MN, WI, IA).
