Visit Britain – “Don't work at VisitBritain, unless you have no other job prospects”

Pros

We get a Final Salary pension

I cant think of any good reason and I will not sit here and type lies. VisitBritain have been destroyed by poor magement you only need to do a tiny bit of Googleing to find that out for yourself. The government have reduced our budget because of our poor performance and I am confident that after another 3 years there will be no VisitBritain. We need to get rid of top level mangement and get a competent person from the private sector to save this ailing business from a very unfortunate demise!

Please think carefully before you take a job here, it will lead nowhere!

Advice to Senior Management

I would ask senior manegement to resign and we need to recruit capable managers who know the business. How can you justify making someone a manager purely because that person has worked at the company for 20 years wilst only being responsible for the sharpening of pencils?
