Hours aren't always stable. No health insurance.

I have been working at Visiting Angels

    Pros

They work with you on your schedule. If you have no personal life you can make great money. If you do have a life then they work with you. You get a review and possible raise after 6months. You can choose the cases that you want to work

    Cons

Starting pay isnt that much. Not everyone who works in the office should be working there. If you have an open schedule, watch out they may take advantage and you wont get to go home for over a week, but you get paid for that time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise your starting rate so you can have more people come to work for you. You are short handed and it puts a strain on the rest of us who do work for you
