    Pros

Positive outlook, appreciation for their employees, friendly coworkers, despite the fact that they are non-profit-they try to give as much as they can to their employees, new CEO seems very good so far, good management/leadership

    Cons

Non that I see so far.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, community setting
It was a great first job as an RN but then again, I didn't know what I was missing.

    Cons

Very poorly organized and managed; hourly rate not competitive with market.
The closer I got to advancing in my department, the more I realized how unorganized and unstructured things really were

    Advice to Management

Hire a smaller staff that is willing to work more hours, and thoroughly cross train. Everyone needs to be expected to do everything in the role.
