Satisfaction in helping pts and families in a hard time, good pay, good managers, flexible schedules. Great experience!

Cons

some favoritism (but where is that not the case?), can be emotionally draining if you have direct pt contact.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure promotions are offered based on skill, not friendships.
