I worked at Vistaprint

Pros

When I first started at Vistaprint, it was a very innovative, entrepreneurial company. Benefits are good: Vistabreak - 4 weeks paid vacation on top of standard at 4 years), vacation time, 401k, health, occasional lunch, pay.

Cons

Vistaprint has grown more quickly than it can keep up with. If you're just starting now, you'll probably still like it because you won't know the early days, but it has become much more process-driven, and lost the innovation that I once loved. Also, not everyone is cut out to be managers, so don't automatically put people on that track. It hinders growth to have a poor mentor leading you and your team.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove some of the politics and make development based on talent and results vs. who you know and time in role.
