I have been working at Vistaprint full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Great people, most people are motivated, cooperative culture, good perks - food trucks, Friday Beer, fun parties, decent gym.

Management willing to look at changes on how to get work done more efficiently

Cons

Huge emphasis on what level you are in the company. Instead of talking about people and their potential it is all about your job level. I've never seen that at any other company and its weird.

Lousy parking situation, too many cars and not enough spaces.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put less emphasis on job levels and how to get to the next level. Lots of wasted time and effort on the promotion process. Better to have fewer levels and just increase compensation for high performers.

I have been working at Vistaprint full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Mentors and buddies are extremely helpful and genuinely want you to learn and succeed.
    - Analytics department is full of smart, friendly, and sociable people.
    - Each Analyst has their own areas of expertise, but roles are always changing, so there is no hoarding of code or selfish behavior when it comes to sharing information.'
    - Great compensation and benefits.
    - Structured promotion process, so you know exactly what you need to do to get to the next level (good communication with your manager is still crucial).

    Cons

    - The training process is fairly disorganized, but due to the "learn on the job" and "ask a lot of questions" mentality, you still learn everything fairly quickly through execution. A lengthier and more rigorous training process specific to your role would be helpful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job! Keep it up! Arrange some facetime with younger members of the team.
