Former Employee – worked at Vitamin World part-time for more than a year

Pros – Discounts on supplements. Fairly simple and easy job after you learn about all the supplements. Good pay.

Cons – Management can micro-manage and they try to make a big deal out of small incidents. Your "success" really depends on the location of the retail store. Places in NY, FL, NV, and CA are going to see much more business than in a smaller area, therefore, your pay will be affected.

Advice to Senior Management – Get more products in so VW can compete with other supplement shops
