Pros

The company is growing fast. That means that things change quickly. If you thrive in a fast paced environment (I do) then this is a great place to be. If you are more of a slow and steady type, maybe not. Employees are empowered to take ownership over their roles and encouraged to take pride in their work. Since the company is growing quickly, it opens the door for increased responsibility and professional growth.

Cons

If you are just looking for a 9-5 this is not the place for you. With high growth comes a great deal of work/responsibility. That said, those who work hard are rewarded.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to reward hard work. Keep the company on the fast track.

I have been working at Vivid Seats full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The environment is remarkably relaxed, company strives to encourage enthusiasm and confidence in the face of occasionally high-stress situations. Very friendly and above all helpful community, asking questions and getting good results is highly encouraged. Company also rewards hard work, it's growing rapidly so there's a lot of room for personal advancement. The business model is centered on being cheaper, more convenient, and more customer friendly than other resellers - it's nice to know you're going above and beyond for the sake of the customer.

    Cons

Scheduling can be a hassle, working weekends is mandatory, and there are a few space/organization issues related to the recent and continuing growth of the company. There's work that needs to be put in in terms of training and incentive programs, but I suspect those will come with a little more time and stability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Having undergone training for several positions, training in general needs to begin more goal oriented and have a more natural build. Incentives may benefit from being larger rewards with longer intervals.
