I worked at Vivint full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

They have good on-site perks; cafe, clinic, etc..

Cons

Management is a horror show. They have no idea what they're doing constantly hiring/firing and very ignorant. They WANT to have a good 'culture' but they rule by the 'fear' concept.

I have been working at Vivint full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Worked for APX/Vivint for 7 years, made me lots of money and had great support from corporate always.

    Cons

Had to move away for the summer every year for the summer months

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Best company culture out there, most, if not all, of the employees could recognize the CEO because of his involvement on all levels of the company

I worked at Vivint as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Owners have a lot of vision, will take the company far. Honest payment to all employees. Awesome incentives for salesmen.

    Cons

Sales work is difficult. Plan on 4 months of 60 hour weeks during the summer. The summer sales experience doesn't leave much time for family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the incentives and expansion of your products and services. Keep good track of your managers so that you have employees who properly represent the company.
