Pros

If you know how to work hard, you will do well and you will be rewarded for it. They have great incentives and bonuses if you hit certain goals.

Cons

The work is hard and you have to be willing to put in the time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give first and second year reps more hands-on training and less lecturing.

    Pros

Great training, they invest quite heavily in their employees. 4 weeks to start and then daily paid training. Great coworkers, very positive atmosphere. A lot of friendly competition. Free dinners catered in. Excellent base pay plus commission. Opportunities for advancement. They keep us connected to senior management during frequent visits.

    Cons

Non traditional hours. (Noon - 8pm), high call volume for entry level reps.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

There really wasnt many pros... hard call type and no coaching from management. The only pros were the co-workers and the fact they do give you free lunch everyday.

    Cons

Management is very misleading, they do not follow through with anything that is said. They change things constantly, job itself is very difficult(Cold Calling/Telemarketing) and hard to really make much commission. Not good job security. They will fire anyone at whim and have already fired many in the few short months they have been open.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow through with the things you say your going to do, training was not well organized. And use the write-up system and coach employees first before just firing them at whim....
