I have been working at Vivint full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Free lunch is provided every day. The culture is awesome and the perks that come with the job are hard to beat. Compensation is competitive and it is extremely easy to move up within the company

Cons

It's a call center. You start off doing call center stuff. If you work hard, you can move out of the call center stuff, but until then, it doesn't matter how awesome the job is, it's still a call center.

I have been working at Vivint full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    1. Inclusion into large scale projects and team collaborations
    2. Flexible work environment. Family & Personal development comes first
    3. Huge access to resources, and opportunities to expand ones network

    Cons

Pay is relatively low when compared to similar positions in Utah (if you're not bringing in the accounts - sales - you're not paid comparably) but the experience outweighs this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better benefits, better pay.
