I have been working at Vocus full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great facilities; good product; good senior directors, fun atmosphere and the ability to grow within the company, trying to be innovative

Cons

To many reps and not enough leads, roe rules are tough, write offs happen with no recourse, not enough chances to really hit quota

I have been working at Vocus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I was contacted by a recruiter on linkedin, she wasn't too puchy and really sold me on the position. Days later I came in for my interview and met with several managers and a sales rep to really understand what the position would entail. After a few days I recieved a call and was offered the position!

    Cons

The interview process was very efficient and effective I can't say I have any complaints!

I have been working at Vocus full-time

    Pros

    *Energetic environment
*Opportunity to grow and advance in your career
    *Great work/life balance!
*Lots of perks (think Starbucks and in-office gym)
    *Encouraging management team

If you're looking to grow and learn, Vocus is certainly the place to do it!

    Cons

This is certainly a work hard play hard company. You will be working hard while you're in the office, but the rewards of the hard work make it worth-while.
