Former Employee – worked at Vodafone Egypt
Pros – The culture of the work place is one of the best , you always get the chance to meet smart people, they have a good reputation in the middle east market that will have an impact at your resume in the future
Cons – your promotion highly depends on who you know rather what you have to offer , find young kids from top schools in egypt fly their way to the top without experience
Advice to Senior Management – the market are full of talented people who have skills more than most of the people you hire and you have to go to the extra mile to look for them
