Pros

There is diversity within Vodafone and there is the chance to get to laterally connect with many different departments and countries.

Cons

There are problems with being heard or respected at Vodafone. There are clicks in upper management like old boys club. It can be frustrating.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the portals for communication. It's widely accepted to not say anything for fear of repercussion or backlash.

    Global brand, financial stability, network

    Cons

    US team is not well led. Priorities and support are poor.

    They lack clear goals and products and services that work in all countries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Deliver what you say you will. Get in the field with customers.

    They talk a good game but can't deliver or have knowledge how to run a sales team.

    Internal competition and siloed data on key projects. Strategy vacillates

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to improve process execution and consolidate disparate systems. Work more on developing camaraderie across disparate (and distributed) teams.
