“12 years and the last day i asked my self...was is worth it?”
Current Employee – been working at Vodafone full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – milticultural environment, benefits, big market
Cons – Politics, PR, unefficiend decission making, not meritocratic, untrusted
Advice to Senior Management – Be more wise with your choises, the people you re working with and support ur vision n values as company and individual
