Current Employee – been working at Vodafone full-time for more than a year

Pros – Good work culture, thinks about employee, good hr practices

Cons – Big difference between on roll & off roll employee either it be salary, perks, or anythink specially to retail employees

Advice to Senior Management – Need to focus more on work life of retail executives, need to fill the big gap btween on roll & off roll.
