I worked at Volkswagen Group of America

Pros

If you enjoy cars, it will be a great fit for you since the highlight of the job was test driving all the new cars and giving an opportunity for people to get a new car.

Cons

Management enjoyed lying and cheating on potential clients on car deals..for a example a person can find them self paying more than what they were trying to accomplish

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management need to review their processes because the workers in the used car department were always complaining about not getting paid well and the paying structure was such a disparity between workers.
