I have been working at Vology
Pros – Compensation, freedom, management team, challenging, advancement opportunity, no celling on compensation/advancement, growing company, given tools and direction to grow.
Cons – Challenging, always changing, growth pains, sales are difficult... period
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on writting those big checks!
