Pros
Great place to get started. They have no idea about handling downturn, so get in and GET OUT!!! Take the training and RUN.
Cons
Management has no clue about staffing, recruiting, managing and what drives customers to buy. They are hired on their ability to tell the next manager up the ladder what they want to hear. I know a V.P who goes from office to office saying “Tell me what I want to hear.” WOW – I am pretty sure he would be shocked if he started asking “tell me what I can do to help you do your job.” Maybe he would hear my customer can’t get a correct invoice so they can PAY IT!! We are curious to know if Steven Shaw even knows his executives are running around the country and running his business into the ground.
Advice to Senior Management
The market has done a 180 and boy you have been caught with your pants down around your ankles. Maybe you will start respecting the recruiters who keep you in business but NO - last I checked you are still hiring more V.P's, Directors and Managers because we not TOP HEAVEY enough NOW!!! WAKE UP - YOU ARE TOP HEAVY with no customer base!
