“In branch experience is good, politics at upper levels are what crush your spirit”
I worked at Volt Information full-time
Pros – Independent & rewarding within the branch, good relationships with coworkers
Cons – Political decisions made at upper levels that directly affect branches with no regard to how this affects the company as a whole. Upper management primarily concerned with CTA not much else.
Advice to Senior Management – Get clued in to what it really takes to run a branch, they are the bread and butter
