Pros

For a staffing agency, they have very good benefits.
They treat their employees nicely because they wish to keep them working with Volt for a long time.

Cons

As a temp, you can't go very far in the company of work.
However! You can get hired directly by the company you are assigned to (Microsoft in my case). However! That hiring will probably cost the company much money which may be a deterrant to hiring directly. (I don't know that for a fact, but I feel pretty sure of it)
