Advice to Senior Management

Provide the option to buy actual health insurance. The current "Major Medical" plan you offer has a life-time benifit ammount of one hundred thousand. Real insurance plans have benifit maximums measured in the millions.

I agree, their health care plans are not good. You either get the "Major Medial", which has a measly life-time benefit or the 40/60 where they kick in only 60% of everything.

MicroSoft are the ones who made the rule about 100 day's break due to a law suite from the 90's. If Volt had their way, they'd have a person on contract forever as that is how they make money.
