    Pros

    The provided benefits are decent.

    Cons

There is very little and inefficient training. The company does not conduct its business in an ethical manner which results in a very sink or swim environment. Everyone in the company is only looking out for themselves. The morale is low and and the employees are under a tremendous amount of stress and are at fear for their job. Turnover is very high.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to be held more accountable for their actions instead of blaming it on other people. The amount of pressure from the head executives needs to be reduced and the goals need to be more realistic and achievable.
