I have been working at Volt Information full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great group of people
    Great Advancement opportunities
    Locations across the U.S. & Int'l
Niche products and services for all Industries

    Cons

As always, there are many competitors in this business. Volt has very specific niche products that we in the Sales field are moving towards. Just a learning curve but can be frustrating at times.

I have been working at Volt Information full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Volt prides itself on being an organization in which there is a lot of room to grow. Many of the executives have been with the company for 20+ years. It is definitely a company which will accomodate employees if they seek to do something different or more challenging.

    Cons

The pay is paltry. No annual raises, no bonuses. Commission structure is pretty flawed - Business Development Managers make more than recruiters for doing the same amount of work. A lot of the most successful people are only successful because they have inherited money making accounts. It's very hard to make a lot of money otherwise. Health insurance is awful.
