Pros – Flexible and understanding when time off is needed from work
Cons – Too many people in leadership are not educated in the field they are managing. Egocentric individuals who are in the positions they are in because they are followers and not good managers.
Advice to Senior Management – clean house - the top management doesn't recognize the problems that exist. Very high turnover rate should be a clue
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
