Quality Service

Program Supervisor (Current Employee)
Milaca, MN

I have been working at Volunteers of America full-time for more than 8 years

ProsExtremely motivated to move forward with quality service and true to their mission statement to uplift all lives. It is a focused organization that recognizes quality, and encourages growth of their employees. I have been extremely impressed with the new leadership team the last 2-3 years! They want to grow, to receive feedback to be approachable and they speak with actions not just words.

ConsNot many: Human service is not high paying, this organization is fair and ballpark.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep the passion, the focus on growth, quality and leading the industry.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
