“Fun environment, good people, product and company stability”
I have been working at Volusion full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Casual work environment
Product you feel good about working with
Good company trajectory - stability, profitability and growth
Great people to work with every day
New office spaces and amenities
Cons – Growing pains of any expanding company. Must have a tolerance for ambiguity to work here. However, with that ambiguity comes opportunities to make a difference.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to provide benefits as we grow. Was glad to see HSA contributions this year and added disability coverage.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
