“Great company”
Current Employee – been working at Volvo Trucks full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – flex hours, vacation time, employees treated with respect
Cons – high workloads, decisions made in sweden are often not good for the us
Advice to Senior Management – Don't let Sweden make decisions for processes that are unique to North America
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
