Current Employee – been working at Volvo Trucks as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Good experience about how a multi national company runs, mutual respect and a good system where you can grow together with your team and solve challenging problems, you will respected for what you are and not based on age or experience, one feels comfortable to express his ideas even though they may be trivial, good starting base for a beginner to imbibe good values and work culture.

Cons – Didn't find any when I was working there
