Vons Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Vons full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Getting rid of older, higher paid workers so there is room for younger employees to move up

Cons – Vons is an EXTREMELY greedy company. They care NOTHING for their employees and make employees fear going to work. Their idea of "managing" the company is to threaten employees jobs daily. They have no respect and give no reward for employees hard work.

Advice to Senior Management – Learn to treat employees with respect. People work harder when they feel their hard work is appreciated.
