Pros – Good work/life balance
Techinical innovation and freedom to be creative
Power of small teams and strong peer to peer community

Cons – Lack of communication between core teams and the actually people expected to do the heavy lifting?
Better balance on compensation with same level contirbutos

Advice to Senior Management – Listen more and actively do what you say you will. Be more visible and approachable with people on the front line and ones responsible for making finished products. Communicate updates more frequently.
