Pros

Life Balance, great people, amazing culture, everyone tries to make you feel like you are included in everything that is done

Cons

A little too laid back for me, sometimes the culture can overpower new people and it may be hard to adapt

    Pros

Gore is a company that really cares about their employees. There is a great work life balance with flexible hours. There is a lot of trust, with no boss looking over your shoulder.

    Cons

-The location of the plants. They are kind of in the middle of nowhere -sometimes the lack of titles is confusing. It can be hard to figure out who to talk to

  2. I was given the freedom to keep the commitments I made, for the benefit of my customers, my family and myself.

    Pros

They honor their principles. You have freedom, but you have to make your own commitments and then keep them

    Cons

The career paths for field sales is limited. Technology in my division was not advancing as much as the market desired.
