Lack of typical hierarchical structure eliminates barriers with working with people of many different disciplines on projects. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Decisions can take some time to be made on projects because buy-in must be had from many associates in the plant before moving forward.
Advice to Senior Management
Great job maintaining Gore's core culture! Keep up the good work in this area! Consider providing higher salaries for deserving associates
