    I have been working at W. R. Grace

    Pros

    Good place to work. Need more degreed employees. High level of self initiative. One must constanly be in the learning mode.

    Cons

    None at this point so far. Educational support can be improved upon. No limit on amount of time for completion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Salary. Grace needs to identify true market values for all positions. Should be linked to region and not specific location. Manufacturing can be located in an isolated community. This should not lower the wage for the job. Incentive programs should be based on infdividual performance. Specific goals should be attainable. Payout in a timely fashion. Quatery reviews recommended for all employees.
