Little room for advancement

Territory Sales Representative (Current Employee) Philadelphia, PA

ProsGreat profit sharing plan once vested. Benefits are decent but not great, however they start right from day 1.

ConsThere's little to no room for upward movement from entry level positions.

Advice to Senior ManagementBuild from within. Don't alienate your loyal employees that you've already invested in.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great company to use as a stepping stone in your career

    Pros: Great Benefits. Company Car. Treats there employees well!! Great training. Cons: Goals get higher every year wich makes it more unrealistic for reps to make there goals. Low base commision.     Good long-term company, but not for advancement...
