    Pros

    Great benefits. Longevity of employees is amazing. Attempts to provide colutions to customers. .

    Cons

    Too many fifedoms. Does not benchmark against other industries. Constatnly reinventing the wheel. Does not make things simple. Every vice president tries to create a new culture. Does uniformlly train front line employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees as people instead of as expendable resources.

    Pros

    Great profit sharing plan once vested. Benefits are decent but not great, however they start right from day 1.

    Cons

    There's little to no room for upward movement from entry level positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Build from within. Don't alienate your loyal employees that you've already invested in.
