ProsGreat benefits. Longevity of employees is amazing. Attempts to provide colutions to customers. .

ConsToo many fifedoms. Does not benchmark against other industries. Constatnly reinventing the wheel. Does not make things simple. Every vice president tries to create a new culture. Does uniformlly train front line employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees as people instead of as expendable resources.
