ProsDecent profit sharing and stock options and salary

ConsIf you don't go out drinking with management be prepared to to never get a promotion.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave a little more control over the branch managers so as promotions are based more on actual work done vs. who gets friendly.

    Pros: Great HQ with nice Cafe in Lake Forest Work from home… Cons: Treats Contractors like some 2nd class citizens. It's slightly common in corporate world but it goes an extra mile here... No room for new ideas Squeezing 40-50… Advice to Senior Management: Get better with treating employees/contractors and they would in turn do better… More
