Pros

Decent profit sharing and stock options and salary

Cons

If you don't go out drinking with management be prepared to to never get a promotion.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a little more control over the branch managers so as promotions are based more on actual work done vs. who gets friendly.

    Still far behind...

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Great HQ with nice Cafe in Lake Forest
    Work from home on Fridays

    Cons

Treats Contractors like some 2nd class citizens. It's slightly common in corporate world but it goes an extra mile here...

    No room for new ideas

Squeezing 40-50 people in one room in the name of AGILE

Far behind in IT methodologies and lack of knowledge in what is currently new in the market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get better with treating employees/contractors and they would in turn do better things for company instead of looking for opportunities for jumping out of company.

Current Employee - Manager in Greenville, SC

    Pros

Profit sharing, Jim Ryan is awesome, more opportunities at the Corporate Level than any other business units.

    Cons

Analyst as managers. Lack managerial experience. Good "old boys" club. pay sucks. They pay their team member below the market requirements!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your line level leadership. They are in the process just as much as the team members.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
