ProsGood pay! Great hours but benefits are slipping.

ConsGood ole boy mentality. They're customer service is slipping.

Advice to Senior ManagementAppreciate good employees, not just the ones with a pretty face who make you look good. Oh, and do some work!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
