    Pros

    Life/work balance, straightforward commission structure, flexibility, name recognition, customers come first, etc.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is very difficult to find out internal information that is pertinent to getting a project completed. Their are so many departments and people working for Grainger it is not always easy to internally navigate.

    Great Sales Training program throughout your career. Continue to improve training program. Supply chain of product in network is amazing . Continues to add to product line

    Cons

    Management is Micro Managing outside sales force. Cannot add new accounts without taking a huge goal. Management has access to your calendar
