Okay salary. PST is good. Its just a job...

Cons

Compensation is constantly changed to take money out of the sellers. I believe they have perfected it now. Incompetent Managers. Benefts are not great. Promotions are non existent unless you are a huge brown noser and back stabber to your fellow employees. You cant trust any above you. Only brown nosers get recognition, everyone else gets talked down to. No career here.

Advice to Senior Management

Higher better managers. Do not have a flavor of the month deal. This intimidation style of managing will only lead to sellers fleeing Grainger when the economy gets better.
