    Pros

    Profit sharing is second to none... they have a very strategic vision to stay first in their space. Very interested in employee feedback and are always looking to promote from within.

    Cons

    Can be high pressure in the sales organization. Like any large company, navigating different departments can be a challenge even for tenured employees.
