Pros: Grainger is an good place to work. They have excellent training and a tremendous amount of resources to help you be successful at your job.… Cons: There has been some leadership changes that have resulted in more micro managing, at least on the sales side.… Advice to Senior Management: Make sure to keep quality talent.
