Pros

Office has long history of hotel projects from well known hotel brands. It is very good if you like to work on high end hotel projects all around the world. Things are well organized and make good environment for working. People are nice with open minded and I believe that's from office's working atmosphere and culture.

Cons

As like other design office project schedule is pretty tight and deadline follows after one another. Sometimes you have to move to different projects helping out for urgent projects.

It is very helpful for basic tranings and workshops.

    There is no cohesiveness in the company and its goals and approaches change weekly. It doesn't seem to know who it is.

    Pros

    They get great jobs specialising in hospitality, good opportunity for travel and learning. They have a great reputation in the industry and are best used as a stepping stone to get someplace better.

    Cons

    Too many senior leaders who do things differently, both inter office and globally. The company doesn't seem to have a strong vision for its practice and consequently, everyone employs their own methods and approaches. Is chaotic, unorganised and extremely wasteful of its fees...so don't expect a prosperous future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give your senior leaders a clearer vision about what the company's goals are. Develop clear guidelines for them to implement within their own parameters without letting them basically run their own practices within your firm. Make the senior leaders share jobs and clients....you currently have a system set up in which some senior leaders have complete power to do whatever they like within the firm causing extreme unbalance and confusion about who is in charge really.
