Pros

- Smartest people
- True innovation
- Rapid growth
- Endless opportunities

I'm surprised by the most recent comments from a disgruntled former employee below. This place does not hide what it is. It is for the most capable, most driven people in the industry. Lots of people think they want that and find out they were wrong. For them, there are plenty of other companies.

Cons

- Lack of junior staff
- Difficult to keep pace
- Work/life balance is whatever you make of it... But you may miss opportunities.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep building and growing, focus on the positives, and help people slow down every now and then, too.

    I worked at WCG

    Pros

Smart people. Lots of creativity. Willing to push the bounds. Gives five-week sabatical after 5 years of employment.

    Cons

Very high turn over rate. Senior management gets rid of people almost as fast as they hire them. Few actually make it to five years of employment.

    Pros

    none, employees who can commiserate

    Cons

not competitive, no real leadership. runs like a sweatshop and expects us to be on call 24/7. People have lives. So unhealthy, I was getting sick to have to come in to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand that we don't own the company and allowed to have some personal time. There are no boundaries with the sr. leaders.
