Pros

It is difficult to stipulate to pro's of working for WDNA (also goes by Wireless Guru) due to the fact that I have observed the steady demise of this company over the last five years. What once began as a promising start to a career has ended in complete ashes. If you want a job and gain some industry experience in the field of telecommunications, they are a good place to start. General reminder: You should have some savings in the bank account before applying. You will never get paid correctly and will only be promised that you will receive the balance on your next pay cheque. Go ahead and gain some experience in customer service and telecommunications, but keep that resume handy and updated at all times.

Cons

At the end of the day, no matter how discontent you may be from your job, the least you expect is a pay cheque. Unfortunately, you will be constantly battling your pay every month with this company. Managers often speak in their own language and have said derogatory statements to their staff. Don't plan any extended vacations during your weekends. They may very well have set up a meeting on your day off (which you are not paid for). Of course, in any sales job, there is pressure to sell and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the compensation makes the pressure worth it and sadly, there is no satisfaction even if you have hit your targets. Trainees often feel the culture of employee dissatisfaction and this is the environment you will work within. Management often sets out unattainable tier structure for commission, already aware they will never have to pay out the compensation to employees. Look elsewhere for a job unless you are desperate and willing to work for anything.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. Speak with your payroll people. Discuss human resources properly and treat your employees the same way you treat a paying client.
